From day one, successful graduates will be exposed to live civil engineering projects and the challenges they bring. We aim to deliver all projects using our extensive in-house expertise and have a strong client focus. It is therefore critical that our civil engineers have a deep understanding of civil engineering first principles to find practical, valuable and innovative engineering solutions for our clients.

qualifications gained

Depending on your position, we can support you through your professional qualifications. We currently have staff working towards their professional qualifications with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).


We also have a number of graduates currently being supported through their Masters qualifications on a part time or distance learning basis.

entry requirements

Graduates in relevant academic subjects with a strong work ethic and positive attitude are welcome to apply. Relevant subjects include Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Environmental Sciences and Ecology.

progression

Graduates with the right attitude and ability can expect career progression from Project Engineer to Site Agent and then on to Senior Project Management.


In head office roles, working in small teams results in early responsibility for graduates and exposure to working with senior and experienced members of staff. This lends well to career development and progression which is based on ability and performance.
