The standard recruitment process for the majority of roles at Jones Bros is as follows:
Interviews at Jones Bros are normally conducted via Teams or face to face.
No one loves being interviewed! But, we do try to make the process as relaxed and pain free as possible.
Ahead of the interview - do your homework on Jones Bros as a company, plan your travel (if applicable) and try to arrive early if you can!
After that, just try to relax and be yourself. And remember you are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you.
It’s worth remembering that if you are successful, we’ll undertake the relevant / standard pre-employment checks after you have been offered a job.
This includes taking up your references, verifying your right to work in the UK and verifying your driving licence (if applicable).
